Day of Wedding Coordination
Have everything ready to go but need help for the big day, to make everything run smoothly? Or maybe you need someone to help keep you on track and organized while planning? If you want everyone, including family to enjoy your wedding stress free, then this package is for you. ** MOST POPULAR**
Day of Coordination includes:
-Free Consultation by phone, facetime or in-person
-Rehearsal-Day or two before
-Timeline creation
-Pick-up of anything needed for wedding day of
-Tidy event as needed
-Access to wedding planning checklists, templates and questionnaires upon request
-Access to seating chart templates upon request
-Vendor suggestions and general suggestions/guidance

Full Planning
When it comes to Full Planning, I’ll assist you every step of the way so you won’t have to worry about a thing, except showing up.
Full Planning includes:

Partial Planning/Creative Decor Design
You love to plan, but need some help finding the perfect vendors, help decorating, or help creating a seamless timeline for the wedding of your dreams. I have an hourly rate to help with that!
-Minimum of 5 hour required for decorating (1-2 people included depending on decor)
Set-up and/or Take down service
Set-up is included in the Day of Coordination pkg.
Setup and/or teardown can be a service on its own. 5 hours minimum for setup and 2 for teardown.
**Additional add-on cost maybe added. Please contact for a consultation/quote.**
Q & A's
-Do you travel? Yes I do. I travel wherever needed, including destination weddings as I am a Destination Wedding Specialist and I am qualified to plan your destination wedding and find/book you a romamtic honeymoon. Please send inquiries to

-Does the entire package amount need to be paid in full when booking? Nope. A down payment of half the package is due upon signing. The remainder can be made on a payment plan, but does need to be paid in full 4 weeks before the wedding day.
-How much is a consultation and what is it for? Consultations are free and take around 30 minutes. They help me determine your needs and how to create your vision to make sure that we are the best for for your love day.

Based out of small town Saskatchewan, we design and execute highly customized and unique designs for every type of wedding celebration, to capture the love between a couple. We are here to make sure that each event that we are involved with is inspiring, unique to the couple, and unforgettable with minimal stress. From the initial meet, to the moment you say your "I do's", I'll assist you with every step of the way.
I'm a certified and licensed Wedding Planner, Destination Wedding Specialist and Travel Consultant, that has worked in the industry since 2018. I have a list of reputable vendors I work with and I've coordinated MANY weddings. I'm a mom of 3, that was born and raised in Saskatoon. I have an eye for detail, unique ideas and making the brides visions come to life, all while keeping a calming nature.
When I'm not working on my business or coordinating/planning weddings, you can find me on the sidelines cheering my son on in football, basketball, and track, focusing on my health in the gym, going on dinner dates with my bestie, decorating or travelling.
